Relationships Are Our Business

Relationships Are Our Business

Logo for Texas Wellness Advocacy Group with a stethoscope and Texas map.

TWAG was built around a simple belief: extraordinary opportunities happen when the right people are brought together.

Texas Wellness Advocacy Group is led by Jennifer Achu and Kingsley Offor, two relationship builders whose combined experience spans healthcare, community engagement, strategic outreach, advocacy, and business development.

What makes TWAG different isn't simply who we know.

It's our ability to understand people, recognize alignment, build trust—and bring the right people into the same conversation.

Different Strengths. Shared Purpose.

Jennifer Achu

The Connector. The Advocate. The Relationship Builder.

Jennifer brings years of experience working alongside patients, families, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and leaders throughout DFW.

Her strength is deeply human: Jennifer understands people.

She sees connections others often miss, earns trust naturally, and has an extraordinary ability to bring individuals and organizations together around a shared need or opportunity.

Her relationships across healthcare and the community give TWAG something that cannot be manufactured through a marketing campaign:

Trust already earned.

Kingsley Offor

The Strategist. The Builder. The Business Mind.

Kingsley brings the strategic and commercial discipline that turns relationships into organized opportunities.

His focus is on understanding where organizations want to grow, identifying the relationships and partnerships capable of moving them forward, and building the structure required to turn connectivity into measurable business value.

Where Jennifer often sees who should know whom, Kingsley asks:

“What could we build if we brought them together?”

That combination is important.

The Power Is in the Combination.

Jennifer builds trust.

Kingsley builds strategy.

Jennifer understands the community.

Kingsley identifies the commercial opportunity.

Jennifer opens conversations.

Kingsley helps create the structure that moves those conversations forward.

Together, they build relationship capital.

And that is the engine behind TWAG.

We don't simply introduce people.

We understand what each organization is trying to accomplish, identify where interests align, create meaningful connections, and stay involved long enough for relationships to become opportunities.

Then I would make one line visually enormous:

The right relationship can change the trajectory of an organization.

And underneath:

Our job is to help create it.

Why TWAG Exists

TWAG grew from years of seeing the same pattern repeat itself.

Organizations often have excellent services, talented teams, and ambitious growth plans—but remain disconnected from the very communities, leaders, providers, and organizations capable of helping them grow.

At the same time, communities are filled with people and organizations that need one another but simply haven't been connected.

TWAG exists in that gap.

We bring people together.

We build trust.

We recognize alignment.

And we help turn relationships into opportunities that strengthen both organizations and communities.

We Believe Growth Should Create Value Beyond the Transaction.

The strongest partnerships create value for everyone involved—the organization, its partners, and the community around them.

That's the kind of growth we're interested in building.

Relationships first. Opportunity follows.
